Well I am at my 10 week mark on the TAIslim and still loving it! I have now lost a total of 27.6 lbs and 31 1/2" off my total over all body measurements. I am getting closer and closer to my goal and know I will reach it in time for summer :-) I am still eating healthy using the TAIslim recomended diet but modified for my personal tastes and needs and as well I am still exercising although I only got in 3 days this past week. Everyone is doing such an amazing job on their weight loss, those of you I know personally and those of you I don't that are posting their stories on the slim stories site. Way to go!!! Once again here is my before picture as well as my 10 week picture. Thanks for all your support! I did not get my measurements but I'm sure I have lost more inches by the way my clothes are fitting. I feel as if I have had a complete lifestyle change now with my eating habits and it just comes naturally for me now. This is very exciting for me to realize as I know now that it will be simple for me to keep my weight off in the future since I have changed how and what I eat in a way that I no longer have to put effort into thinking about it. I have no doubts that I will reach my goal in time to really enjoy the summer in a way I have not been able to do when I had all the added weight getting me down. Below is my 9 week picture. I just completed 8 weeks on the Taislim and have now lost a total of 22.6 pounds and even more exciting a total of 28 1/2 inches off my total overall body measurements! I was surpirsed myself that I lost more pounds and inches this week as I have not been allowed to exercise for over a week and a half due to an eye surgery but the Taislim pulled me thru :-) I have gone from a size 18 pant to anywhere from a size 12 to 14 pant depending on the make. It's hard for me to even believe sometimes :-) I want to thank all of you that came to the meeting in Sidney, Ohio Wednesday night, it was a great time and I enjoyed getting to talk to all of you! I still sometimes have trouble believing how great this product and plan is working for me and am glad I do a weekly measuring and picture to document. It helps me to have visuals to look at and so far even though I know I still have a journey ahead of me to reach my goal I am very happy with the results I am seeing! At 5 weeks I have lost 17 1/2 pounds and 23 1/2 inches off of my total overall body measurements. I am thrilled with the inches lost in this 5 weeks. When I started the TAIslim I had worn a size 18 jeans for the past 15 years at least. Today (Sunday) I am able to wear a size 14! Time to get out the next size goal pants of an 11/12 and hang where I can see them :-) I recommend to everyone to take pictures so you have visuals to look at through the process. Also set out some goal clothes where you can see them all the time and try them on once and awhile to see how close you are to fitting in them. It certainly helps me having something to look forward to and helps keep me on track. I am so thankful for the TAIslim as it is changing my life :-) Congratulations to all of you that are doing great as well! I had been doing the same basic exercises since Day 1 and thought maybe I should switch things up and try some different exercises. So I set out on a mission to find a 20 to 30 minute workout that I could do in the privacy of my own home as I am not yet ready to jiggle my fat in public. When I mention this to my daughter she happily hands me a DVD workout called Turbo Jam. She tells me to try it, that it is a great workout, don't worry if I have trouble keeping up that I will still see results. I'm thinking OK, great! So I pop this DVD in.......really.......are you kidding me? I did not last 3 minutes trying to keep up with these beautiful sculpted ladies that appeared to do the routine effortlessly without breaking a sweat, let alone getting my body to do any of these moves! That was the end of that.....The next day I thought I would check out Exercise TV, surely there would be a workout I could do.......Well, I did find some that I could actually keep up with, sort of, but still not real happy as once again it was beautiful women with sculpted bodies breezing through the workout while I huffed and puffed to the point of collapse. So.......I decided to keep on searching. The next day I decided to check out a different Exercise channel and to my delight I found several Biggest Loser workouts with trainers Bob and Jillian and some of the contestants from the show. Hey, I have seen the biggest loser and if they can do it I'm sure I can! Anyway, I still don't like exercise, probably never will but...........at least I can do these workouts AND still feel good about myself as I workout with real people that are as fluffy as I am AND they actually sweat and breath hard during the workout, just like me :-) Well, now it is time to turn on that TV and and start exercising with my new workout buddies! I have been getting some questions come in as to what I am eating daily. I am basically doing my own modified version of Phase 1 on the Plan which you can find on my site &lt;a href="http://www.jpduff.taislim.com/"&gt;http://www.jpduff.taislim.com/&lt;/a&gt; Keep in mind that I have come up with my meals based on what I like but is working for me personally. Everyone has different tastes and needs. I would recommend reading over Phase 1 on my website to determine your meals. Before I started the weight loss product I was not a breakfast eater and more often then not it would be around 1 or 2 in the afternoon before I would sit down to eat something. Then in the evening I would usually eat again not to mention snacks on the go :-) When I started the product and plan, I also started making sure I was getting in my 3 meals a day. My personal meals consist of: Breakfast - it varies with either 1/2 cup oatmeal with a bit of 2% milk in it plus 1 piece of toast (I do not eat it dry and put about 1/2 teaspoon of margarine on it) OR... 2 eggs fixed anyway but mostly I like them poached and 1/2 of a whole wheat English muffin (again a bit of butter on it) OR... I will have a cup of Special K with Berries with 2% milk. I also get in some fruit each day. For Lunch I normally have the 6oz of lean meat with some sort of veggies. The meats I am eating are boneless skinless chicken. ground beef, fish, steak, beef jerky, occasionally some lean ham etc. I do try and fix them in a healthier way then I used to. I also like salads and sometimes will add meat and eggs to them and make it my complete meal depending on what I feel like that day. I do basically the same thing for my supper which I make sure I am done with by 7pm. My veggies vary according to what I feel like. It could be the salads or any of the green veggie family. This week I am on a stir fry veggie kick so that's what I'm having. Last week I felt like veggie soup so I made some with ground beef in it and had a cup of it for lunch every day. My husband likes pizza so I have taken to making them from scratch at home but not all the time. I make his separate with all the trimmings, and make mine with a really thin crust, some sauce, sometimes veggie toppings sometimes not. Instead of cheese I will sprinkle some Parmesan (the powdery kind) on top. I like it, and it still lets me have some pizza when he wants some. I also sometimes make up my own chicken salad and/or tuna salad with eggs in it, and use just a couple tablespoons of Miracle Whip. I will eat it plain, with a few crackers or I will wrap it in lettuce , which I use sometimes for my burgers and other meats in place of bread. I'm not depriving myself at all, I don't buy special foods but rather use what I would normally have in the house. The difference now is that I will prepare it in a more healthy way. This week I am on a Portabella mushroom kick and have some the size of my hand. I like to take them, rub a bit of Italian dressing on the outside and take a few garlic bagel crisps or garlic melba toast, crunch them up, add some spices, moisten it with water and stuff the mushroom. I sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top and bake. What I eat will change from week to week depending on what I am in the mood for. I have learned to get creative with what I have in stock to figure out how to prepare something I would personally like and incorporate it into my meals. I do my 2oz of TAIslim for breakfast along with my water and again for lunch. I also make sure I am getting in my 8 glass of water each day. I am very pleased with how it is going :-) As of Sunday day 31 on the product and plan I have lost a total of 16 pounds and 16 3/4 inches off my total overall body measurements. Yipee!!! I pulled that size 14 jeans back out and tried them on again and was thrilled that they fit well enough that I actually got to wear them out in public over the weekend. Now that feels great! I have the next size down waiting in the wings now and have no doubt that I will soon get to wear them. The light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter and every day I am getting more excited. I still have a ways to go to reach my goal but my confidence is high and I plan to be there in time to enjoy the summer fun! I'm thinking that for the first time in too many years to count I will be able to wear a bathing suit in public without feeling like a beached whale :-) I have added 2 pictures below, the first is the day I started the product and plan. It is Day 30 on the &lt;span style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffff00"&gt;product and &lt;/span&gt;plan. I have lost 14 1/2 pounds. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;I'm&lt;/span&gt; thrilled!! As of last Saturday I had lost a total of 13" off my total overall body measurements and am looking forward to getting measured tomorrow Saturday to see how many more inches I have lost. I am still constantly amazed that my cravings are staying diminished and that my appetite is in control. This is the most success I have ever had with losing weight and with changing my lifestyle. I am still not a big fan of exercise but am doing at least 30 minutes of exercise which lately has been mostly walking in place inside as the weather is not good outside and following along with some exercises on &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;TV&lt;/span&gt; programs. This week has been a bit slower with the weight loss and I seemed to go thru a period this week of some fluctuation then stabilizing and holding one weight for a couple of days. Yesterday the scales started going down again which makes me happy :-) The fluctuation in my weight is something I expected so it did not stress me out. I just kept drinking my product, stayed true to my eating plan, and exercise and knew the pounds would start steadily coming off again. I am feeling better each day about my weight and health. I started at a size 18, then reached my first goal to get into a size 16, and yesterday I tried on my next goal size a 14 and was very encouraged. I can wear them but have too much hangover at the waistband for me to be comfortable wearing them out although I don't have far to go on that matter. As I continue to lose I get more excited about summer coming and being a whole new me! I am receiving notes from others on this plan and hearing some really great things! Keep it up everyone!!!!! I am feeling better all the time. Today I have lost 12 lbs and am looking forward to Saturday when I get measured as I feel that more inches have come off since last week. I continue to be &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;surprised&lt;/span&gt; on how simple it is to lose the weight on this plan. I still do not get those hunger pains like I used to, my cravings are still under control, and I am sleeping good. No side effects, no jitters, nothing like that. Also for the first time in my life I am getting used to exercise 30 minutes a day and it's not so much of a headache and burden as it has been in the past when I have tried exercising. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;It's&lt;/span&gt; almost as if it is becoming a habit and I am not thinking but just doing. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;That's&lt;/span&gt; a good thing for me as are all the changes that are beginning to happen as a result of this weight management plan. 12 lbs to some may not seem like a big number but for me it's huge! It has been far too many years and years since I have been at this low of a weight and although I know I have around 38 more pounds to go I have no doubt that I will reach my goal :-) Thanks for all the support you all are giving me!!! Well, I made it through a tough weekend :-) We had some social events this past weekend along with out of town family in. It was tough as I was around lots of good food and temtations and got off track a little. Good news is that I did make it through the past 4 days and did manage to lose a little over a pound. To tell you a little about myself,I am a truck drive that gets very little exercise.All I do is set and get fat.I started the plan on 1-18-09 (last Sunday)  I have very limited space to carry my food with me.I have a small refridgerater,and that's it.So I adapted the food plan to fit me and my tastes.  For breakfast I have 1 boiled egg.For lunch I have 3 slices of turkey roast and greenbeans. I also drink the weight loss product at lunch. For dinner I have the same and I add some low fat cottage cheese and peaches. All day long I am drinking water.I had 2 diet cokes all week.  I did not snack at all all week long. I am not going to tell you I did not want too cheat,because I did. However, I did not cheat. It took alot, but I did over come the temptations. I am on a mission,and that mission is to loose weight and I will do it.After 6 days on the  plan (adapted) I am proud to say I have lost 9.5 pounds. This is just the beginning. It's week 2  and I have lost 5 1/2 inches off my overall body measurements. Combined with the 4 inches I lost week 1 it gives me a grand total of 9 1/2 inch total loss off my overall body measurements. That excites me! I'm still working on getting my weekly pictures on here and hope to complete that soon. This is the most fun I have ever had loosing weight, can't wait until next Saturday for my end of week 3 totals! My goal is to loose around 50 lbs give or take. I will make my final call when I get closer to the goal. The product and program is working great for me! My first week I lost 5 lbs and 4 inches off my overall body measurements. I just completed week 2 yesterday with another 5 lb loss for a total of 10 lbs lost in 2 weeks. I am thrilled! I have not taken my measurements and picture yet for the end of this second week but will do so Saturday. I expect I have lost quite a few more inches since the end of week one as I tried on a pair of jeans 1 size smaller then my normal size and they fit! I am taking a weekly photo of myself so I can see a visual progress of my weight loss and will be posting them here in the near future. I already knew what the other products had done for my health so I was like a child on Christmas Day waiting for my product to arrive! I started the program the next day on the 15th which consists of drinking 2 oz before 2 of your meals along with 8 oz of water. I chose to do mine before breakfast and lunch. Along with this product there is a suggested daily diet plan which I have not followed exactly, but have followed the general concept of. At first I wasn't sure about following a suggested daily diet as in the past I have struggled with trying to stick to a plan , but I need not have worried. What I have found so far is that I no longer feel the hunger I used to feel, I feel stuffed with much smaller portions then I used to have, and the best thing for me is that my biggest down fall (my cravings) have diminished! In the past I did not necessarily eat because I was hungry. I simply just like food, and chocolate and salty snacks are my poison. In the past I have never needed hunger as an excuse to eat and now without hunger pains I find at times I have to remind myself that it is time to eat. For the past couple of weeks I have not skipped any meals and I have added some exercise. Exercise..........not a word that I like........not something that has been a part of my life........I like to say I'm allergic to it. I did know however that I needed to do some exercising, so I did what would be most fun for me and have been doing 30 minutes a day on the Nintendo Wii Fit which seems to be working. This product has changed everything for me in just 2 short weeks. It is amazing as it fights adominal fat (the bulk of my problem), enhances metabolism, helps control appetite, cleanses and replenishes, and gives more energy.
